Helping you heal all aspects of your grief into a healthy remembrance.
You may have arrived here if you…
- Tried working through your grief on your own and feel unable to move forward.
- Feeling disconnected from your family and friends as a result of your own personal grief.
- Want the loss to be an important part of your life to remember, cherish, and feel; but are having a hard time with the process and you do not want to forget.
- Are not sure how to live a full life after your loss.
However, you arrived here, I am glad you are here. Read on to see if my grief therapy services might help you.
You might deal with these issues by hiding your grief from others.
You may have coped by revealing some of your grief to others around you while hiding more difficult thoughts and emotions to yourself. You may have a close friend or family member, but even hide some of your grief from them because you feel they cannot understand or you do not know how explain it to them. This creates an incomplete and isolating grief process.
You may have been coping by shutting down parts of yourself because it reminds you too much of your grief. Things that you used to do that brought you joy now remind you of your lost loved one. Sadly, this creates a rift between who you were and who you want to become. Our identity and roles in life become difficult and confusing during grief. We do not know how to talk about it so we keep it hidden.
If this is you and you need a place where you can process all aspects of your grief you are welcomed in this space.
I welcome all parts of you grieving.
I help you to hold a space where you can fully grieve and feel validated.
In this space, I help you identify your own grief process and any sources of pain that may be keeping you from living a full life. We work to heal these wounds so you can live in a meaningful way with your grief.
